Charity begins at home but for me, it continues. The very first pads I gave out were to girls in my village and then some more around the neighborhood.

Since we started I’ve had 8 MHM drives in my Constituency, Luanda and neighbor Constituency, Emuhaya .

This day we had a successful drive at Ebukanga in Emuhaya where we shared, created more awareness, empowered and mentored 200 girls and 80 boys.

We can create a period friendly environment which is inclusive and whole by inviting men and boys in our Menstrual Conversations and activities. We begin at home, then at school, at church, at the bus stop and basically everywhere.

At www.myflowfoundation.org we educate, we enlighten, we create awareness on Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management.

We continue to champion conversations around Menstrual Health Management & Rights as well as access to menstrual products in such harsh economic times.

Our commitment to ending period poverty remains steadfast. Let's work together to make a positive impact.

Our Dignity Package this month included four packets of sanitary pads, tissue rolls, bar soap, petroleum jelly, two cotton underwear in our branded reusable nonwoven dignity bag.

These are essentials to help girls manage their periods with dignity and ease.

We understand that because menstrual health is a right, not a luxury and we owe it to our girls, individually and collectively to ensure that right is upheld.

Thank you to all our donors for always walking with us.
