To partner with other youth focused institutions to create physical and virtual platforms where the young people are safe to express themselves, explore ideas, get the practical experience and the acquire the skills they need to excel in their chosen careers or transform their talents and skills into live

To partner with private sector institutions and individuals to help the youth understand and improve their entrepreneurship talents and to provide them with the necessary business skills, tools and resources needed to run and sustain successful businesses. To leverage Homeboyz resources in sport, media, and entertainment as tools for youth expression and civic engagement. To provide a mobilization vehicle where Homeboyz Foundation partners can promote opportunities in commercial, social or civic for young people to engage towards mutual benefits. To support the Kenyan youth to achieve Vision 2030 by championing specific projects those improve their livelihoods, towards achieving middle-income livelihoods.
