I’m expanding my team ☺️
I’m looking for a VA / Social Media Manager who can support both the creative and operational side of the business.
This role blends content, systems, and client experience - and is perfect for someone who enjoys being part of a growth engine behind the scenes.
Scope of work:
• Graphic design + video editing for content
• Social media scheduling and management
• Funnel builds, workflows, landing pages, and email setup inside Ivorey (which is GHL essentially)
• Launch support and backend ex*****on
• Student onboarding and experience support
• Live call engagement (comment moderation, support)
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
• Have strong design and editing skills
• Are confident inside GHL/Ivorey (important)
• Are proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
• Enjoy both creative and backend work
• Care about building something meaningful long-term
