The Darius Mbela Foundation (DMF) is a community initiated, non-governmental organization (NGO) intended to create change through inter alia Vocational Training, Youth and Women Empowerment and Innovative Community Development Programs in Agriculture, Sports,Tourism & Culture. DMF was duly registered with the NGO’s Co-ordination Board of Kenya in 2013 despite one its flagship programs, the Tender

Care Training Centre having run as a community based organization since 2005. The role of the organization is complementary and supplementary to the efforts of the government for the development and welfare of the people in the country. Currently has a mandate cutting across two counties more particularly Nairobi,Taita Taveta, the organisation seeks to traverse the entire National grid in expansion over time.
