Taita Resource Centre is a non-profit making community based organization in Mwatate Constituency Taita Taveta County. In December 2005, four youth leaders from different youth groups in Mwatate Constituency founded Taita Resource Centre. In March the following year, the organization was registered with the ministry of gender and social services

ilizing and organizing citizens at their naighborhoods,villages and location in actively participating in addressing socio- economic and political affairs for the realization of social economic development and transformative change in Taita Taveta County. We lobby and advocate for citizens inclusion and participation on human rights,governance,leadership and constutionalism
