Ending FGM starts in our homes, our communities, and with all of us.
Through intergenerational dialogue, elders, mothers, survivors, and youth are choosing honesty, healing, and a new path forward.
The message is clear: the pain ends with us. We don’t need to pass it down.

From Esonorua, Kajiado West — Maasai mamas speaking about girls’ education, economic empowerment, and hope for the next generation.
Every girl deserves safety, dignity, and choice.
Together, we can end this. 💜

ZERO TOLERANCE TO FEMALE GE***AL MUTILATION / CUTTING (FGM/C) 🚫

Today we raise our voices for the girls whose voices were taken away.

No more silence.
No more excuses.
No more harm to our girls.

Ending FGM takes all of us communities, allies, and movements standing together and stepping up the pace.

At Nashipai Maasai Community Projects, we are building change from within.

Happy Holidays from Nashipai Maasai Community Projects 🎄✨ 🙏🏾

As the year comes to a close, we celebrate a season of hope, resilience, and powerful wins made possible by our community.

Because of your support, Maasai girls were protected, educated, healed, and empowered.
Communities were engaged.
Voices were heard.
Dreams were safeguarded.

Thank you for standing with us, believing in our girls, and walking this journey with courage and love.

Here is to a new year of strength, dignity, and possibility 💛

Seen. Safe. Strong.

Grassroots Champions Rising 🌿

Still, in the spirit of the 16 Days of Activism 2025, our EndFGM Community Champions continue to lead the way; raising their voices, challenging harmful norms, and inspiring real change from the ground up. ✊🏽🧡

We are deeply grateful to our partners, elders, women’s groups, and the entire community for standing with us. Your support and willingness to abandon practices that leave lifelong scars on women and girls is the heartbeat of this movement. 🙏🏽💛

Change starts at the grassroots. Right here; with champions who choose protection over pain, dignity over silence, and a safer future for every girl.
Ashe. Asante. 🙏🏾
