essionals saw the need to come together and form an organization to address the issues of the youths that seem to be getting out of hand. Currently we are engaging the youths through sports and we have two football clubs that we are supporting. From our engagements with the youths in the society we have noted that some parents are not playing their roles as required, so therefore we have taken initiative to engage parents through parents’ days meeting at school, one on one with parents with unique cases and follow ups, because it’s vital to look at the environment where the child is coming from. As much we are trying to help the youths their also need to engage the parents, guardians or significant others on how they help mentor and monitor the progress of their children. There is need for the youths to acquire Life Skills that will help them deal with day to day challenges.
