S & E youth center was launched on 1st July 2013.We are recently registered as a CBO(Community Based Organization), located at Jomo Kenyatta flats(estate).makande.
2. The CBO is a project on its own, where we research and acquire information from relevant sources and share it out to the youths for their own individual benefits,and the registered youth groups in the area through the center. i.e,Hea
lth issues, Job opportunity, Education, Social aspects issues. The whole concept came about through barriers that youth encounter which denies them from accessing information concerning Youth Agenda, also in our community the youths have lost focus on positive lifestyles and academic standards are dropping at a high rate, thus the Living standards of the community is diminishing and people are losing their source of income, due to that through Agencies like USAID, KECOSCE and many others can engage them in local projects to enable them to have a source of income and also discover their potential. More over we encourage the youths to persue their Dreams, Passion or Ideas.A youth can also partner with the center. We also invite like minded youth groups/NGOs to partner with us to have a bigger Force to push the Agenda.Youths can use the center's resources to facilitate their Agendas by Registering with us. We take this opportunity at this particular juncture to invite all interested; NGOs, Well wishers, Foundations, Persons, who want to partner with us through; Informative materials, Sponsoring campaigns, Inviting our members to their campaigns,seminars etc.
