We proudly joined Mombasa County for the official launch of the County Emergency Dispatch Centre and the Mombasa County Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Plan a major milestone in strengthening emergency coordination, referral systems, and timely response to critical cases.

Since its activation earlier this month, the Dispatch Centre is already enabling real-time coordination of emergency calls and ambulance movements across county health facilities, improving response times and saving lives.

As Kenya Red Cross Society, we are honored to have contributed to the development of the EMS Plan while others partners supported the renovation and setup of the Dispatch Centre alongside partners including EMKF, Malteser International, Jacaranda Health, Premium Inn and Sapphire Hotel.

we remain committed to working closely with the County Government and all stakeholders to strengthen emergency response systems and ensure timely, lifesaving care for our communities.
