YOUR VOTE STARTS WITH REGISTRATION-DON’T MISS YOUR VOICE. CHUKUA KADI

The Enhanced Continuous Voter Registration kicks off on Monday, 30th March 2026. This is an important opportunity for new voters, especially youth aged 18 and above, to register and prepare to participate in the August 2027 General Elections.
Registering as a voter is not just a formality. It is your chance to shape the future of our community. Decisions made by leaders affect education, healthcare, jobs, empowerment programs, business opportunities, and the overall economy. When you register, you secure your right to influence those decisions.
1) Your voter’s card is your voice. It gives you the power to choose leaders who:
• Promote education and skills development
• Support youth, women, and men equally
• Champion good health services
• Encourage job creation and empowerment programs
• Protect community resources
• Bring inclusive development across all villages
• Listen to the people and legislate ideas that improve livelihoods
No one should discourage you from registering. If you fail to register, others will make decisions on your behalf, and you may live with those outcomes for 5 Years. Supporting leaders online without having a voter’s card does not create change, but action does.
Carry your National ID and visit the registration Centre in Viwandani. Register early and encourage others to do the same.
It is also important to make independent decisions. Do not allow anyone to pressure, influence, or BRIBE you into registering for a particular candidate. Your vote belongs to YOU. Accepting small incentives today can cost the community opportunities tomorrow, from bursaries to development projects and long-term empowerment.
PEOPLE SHOULD REGISTER FREELY, WITHOUT INTIMIDATION, PROMISES, OR INDUCEMENTS. A RESPONSIBLE COMMUNITY LEADER ENCOURAGES CIVIC PARTICIPATION BUT DOES NOT DIRECT PEOPLE ON WHOM TO SUPPORT.
Be wise. Be informed. Be independent.
Register, evaluate leaders based on their values and track record, and make a decision that benefits the whole of Viwandani.

Register. Participate. Decide.

Je, hawa do leaders tunadai hapa Viwa?
As 2027 approaches, tumeanza kuona aspirants wengi hapa Viwandani, veterans, newcomers, and current leaders. That’s democracy. But the real question is. Tunataka kiongozi bora?
ama bora kiongozi?
Over time, we tend to see three types of individuals:

1. The seasonal politician
Very visible during elections, very silent when the community needs them most. Yaani hawa ni wenye huenda missing after elections. Alafu wao ni malingumu, ni hard kusupport community times kuna noma. But elections ikikaribia. Knock! Knock! They show up with promises, wakidai votes zetu. Swali ni, Je, hawa do leaders tunadai hapa Viwa?

2. The power-focused politician
They don’t listen. They control. They compete more than they serve. Hawa ni wale wa kucopy paste. Ukikohoa they cough, ukiwapeleka kwa shimo, they follow blindly. Simply cos they think mko kwa race. They don’t have originality. (They observe their leader) and copy paste. Hawa different opinions are seen as threats, not ideas. Development becomes secondary to personal interests. Hutumia “PAWA” to intimidate contrary views, they better ditch money to buy support. In short, hawa do husema bora kiongos.
Swali ni, Je, hawa do leaders tunadai hapa Viwa?

3. The consistent leader
Present in good and difficult times. Hawa leaders utawaget mtaani. Wao hukwama na community hadi time kuna noma. Wao hulisten, engages, and supports the community often bila kelele. Their impact is seen in people, not just words. Hawa kazi zao huonekana kila place. They build peace, unity, and real progress. Pia kubonga wanajua. These are the true leaders. Wako na vision to bring change Viwandani. Yaani viongozi BORA
Swali ni, Je, hawa do leaders tunadai hapa Viwa?

Sasa its upon us tujue tunadai leader mgani kati the 3. Also
Viwandani, this time let’s pause.
Let’s observe.
Let’s question.
Let’s choose better.
Leadership is not about who speaks the most. It is about who shows up, consistently.

Part 2, Soon.

Humanity Must Come First.
When floods hit Viwandani, they did not choose a village, a family, or a political side. They affected people across our community from Kingstone, Riverside, Donholm, Lunga Lunga, Jamaica, Sinai and Paradise, A,B & C.
In times like this, the response must be guided by humanity, fairness, and compassion.

Many well-wishers have stepped forward to support families affected by the floods. Their generosity is meant to ease suffering and restore hope. But that hope can only be meaningful if the process of identifying those in need is done openly and fairly
Today, many residents especially elderly people, women, and struggling families are asking a painful question:
“Why was I not registered?”

These are not voices of politics. These are voices of people in genuine distress.Aid meant for flood victims should reach all those affected across every village in Viwandani, not a few and not selectively. No family in need should feel invisible, unheard, or forgotten.
This moment calls for leadership guided by integrity and empathy, not opportunity. Calamities may come and go, but the way we treat one another during hardship defines who we are as a community.

Let compassion lead.
Let fairness guide the process.
And let humanity come before everything else.
