During KPA Sea Scouts Unit Training Camp held at Ziwani School for the Deaf, KPA Turkey Rover Crew facilitated a structured Peace Dialogue Session for Scouts.The session was conducted in line with the Kenya Scouts Association 2026 Theme of Promote Peace Dialogue and Peaceful communities.

Scouts engaged in guided discussions on causes of conflict such as misunderstanding, gossip, competition, and anger. They further examined the effects of conflict, including broken friendships, poor teamwork, and reduced performance.

Through group scenario activities, participants demonstrated practical approaches to peaceful conflict resolution, emphasizing communication, active listening, forgiveness, respect for diversity, and seeking guidance from leaders.

The session concluded with a collective Peace Pledge, reaffirming their commitment to promote harmony within their schools and communities.

East Africa Ocean Festival 2025

On 23rd of August 2025, our crew proudly joined other partners and Community members for The East African Ocean Festival Build up Event held at Jumeirah Beach, Nyali. From 13 km walk to collecting 644. 7kg of waste during Beach Clean up and finally enjoying the thrilling of camel derby.

We remain committed to Service, Conservation and Community action playing our Part in protecting our Ocean and Environment for future Generations 🌍⚜️🇰🇪
