Our hearts are full of gratitude.

A huge thank you to our incredible funders and partners for visiting our program and seeing firsthand the impact your support continues to make in our communities. Your encouragement and commitment to mental health advocacy inspire us to keep pushing forward.

To our brave beneficiaries who shared their personal journeys, thank you for trusting us with your stories. Your resilience and courage remind us that healing, hope, and recovery are possible when people are supported and empowered.

Together, we are creating safe spaces, restoring hope, and transforming lives through mental health support and community care. Because no one should walk their healing journey alone

💚 Stories of impact. Voices of change. Communities leading the way.

During our recent funders’ visit, we had the privilege of hearing directly from survivors, religious leaders, persons with disabilities (PWDs) and caregivers, village leaders, and community champions who shared how Girls Girls Africa has impacted their lives and communities.

From overcoming stigma and accessing support, to becoming advocates and champions of mental health, their stories showed the power of community-driven healing and resilience.

These voices remind us that when communities are empowered, they become stronger support systems for one another—creating safe spaces where healing, understanding, and hope can grow.

Together, we continue building communities where mental health conversations are normalized, support is accessible, and no one is left behind. 🌱✨

Healing goes beyond restoring sight. 💚

During the ReACH ALL Project Steering Committee meeting led by Light house for Christ Eye Centre, stakeholders discussed the importance of integrating mental health into eye health services to ensure communities receive holistic and compassionate care. Many individuals facing visual challenges also experience emotional distress, trauma, anxiety, and stigma, making mental wellbeing an important part of the healing journey.

Through stronger collaboration, psychosocial support, trauma-informed care, and improved referral systems, the initiative continues to create safer and more supportive healthcare spaces where patients are cared for both physically and emotionally. Together, we are building communities where health means healing in every sense. ✨
