Last year, our inaugural Community Football Program in Koisamo, Nakuru County, was more than just a game. We watched children and youth grow in confidence, speak up freely, and discover their own sense of self-worth.

We also witnessed real behavioural changes. Teamwork and respect transformed aggression into understanding, and frustration into focus and calm.

Most encouragingly, many of the children and youth began to believe in their own potential, both on and off the pitch. This is the kind of change that truly matters to us.

That's a wrap! Our first annual football camp at our Overflow Community Centre in Koisamo Kenya was a huge success. We ended the camp with a just-for-fun tournament and our new players performed extremely well under the guidance of Coach Moses against teams from local leagues. 460 children from the local community also received a meal.

A huge thank you to our entire team that has worked tirelessly to bring this vision to life. 3 months ago the land you see in this video was all covered in brush, and today we have the foundation of a long-term centre that is in a strong position to make a huge difference in the lives of the kids and youth in that region.

This is our description of the ongoing free Community Football Camp in Koisamo, Nakuru County.

The progress is exciting, and we are pleased with its immense impact on over 100 children and young people who have been attending.

๐ŸŒŸ Weโ€™re halfway through week 2 of our football camp, and we couldn't be prouder of our staff, coaches, and the youth that have made the trek daily to our camp! ๐Ÿ’ช The hard work and dedication shown by our young athletes is truly inspiring. Over 100 kids coming each day and the number continues to grow as word spreads around the community.

We remain excited about what is still to come as we continue to build our community centres for underprivileged children in various regions of Kenya.

It is all smiles and cheers on the pitch in Koisamo Village, Nakuru County, where our community football camp is currently underway! We kickstarted official training yesterday, with over 90 enthusiastic children and youth attending.

Prayers and dedication for the 7-week program were offered by Rev. Hellen Siror, Vicar of the local ACK Church.

We are overflowing with joy to announce that our first Community Centre has found its home in the heart of Koisamo Village in Nakuru County! This new centre will soon be home to our life-changing programs, from digital literacy and library services to sports, psychosocial support, and mentorship for children and youth.

Work is already underway at the site, and the dream of a brighter, more empowering future for Koisamo and its neighbouring communities is taking root.
