We believe that leading from the heart is needed today, and it begins within each person. This is an exciting yet challenging time for all of us throughout the world. We have people in positions of authority who think they are leaders yet they are not. They do not know how to lead as their actions have proven they are NOT the authentic and ethical servant leaders we need. So we here are going to s
tep into the fight, not by complaining or pointing fingers towards who is to blame for the corruption, poverty, lies and the ever-increasing gap between those who have and those who do not. No, we are going to train a New Generation of Leaders (NGL). If we don't have the kind of leaders we need today we will create them. And they will be YOU! In fact we have already begun! The initial 3-day NGL trainings were done at the amazingly beautiful and scenic International Peace Initiatives Kenya's facilities in near Meru under the watchful eye and majesty of Mount Kenya. It was powerful and those who were fortunate to be among the first to train there were transformed... literally. They discovered who they truly were within their hearts and they began to find that path they have always needed to follow which would give them the most joy. And they found a way to "let go" and forgive things they may have done or others had done to them in the past. They became free and they began to realize their personal power to lead themselves and how to use that inner power to work with people to help them achieve their own dreams in life. The world does not have to been this way. But it is "we" who need to finally stop and say "Enough is enough!" It is time we began to learn how to lead ourselves first and not look for someone else to "save us" or to give us the answers we seek. it is time we accept we have all the answers we need within us. It is time we learn how to lead ourselves and WITH others to create the lives, the families, the communities and the nations we deserve to have for truly, it is up to US and not "them". So we have declared our willing to fight for the type of leaders we all deserve. And we DARE you to stand with us to create those leaders who will be needed to fill those positions of authority NOW and into the future. And make no mistake about it, this will be a battle for those currently in positions of authority are perfectly happy to keep things the way they are. They will fight back. We are people of all ages, faiths, cultures, gender, education and economic backgrounds. We are just like you yet we know in the end we are all "one" with hopes, dreams and a desire to have lives full of meaning and joy. So, please, join us in any way you can... heck become one of our New Generation Leaders and help bring about the world we so desperately need. We can do this. We can do this with you. Together we can move mountains... and we will. And as always, may you be blessed by the creator this day and all the days still to come. New Generation Leaders will:
• Work and learn how to lead themselves by knowing who they truly are at their core and the path they need to follow which will give them the greatest joy and meaning in their lives.
• They will change fear into trust.
• They will work WITH others so they too can find hope and realize each has the answers they need to bring happiness and joy into their lives.
• They will not speak for others but WITH OTHERS.
• They will work with all who desire to know who they truly are at their core and to discover that path they have needed to follow to give joy and meaning each and every day.
• They will work with all who wish to end the poverty they find themselves or to discover the tremendous power each has to overcome the challenges in their lives.
• And they will help all lift themselves up to build families, communities and nations to be free from fear, corruption, violence and intolerance.
• They will lead with others to change all those who have thrived off of fear and stress and who have consistently grown wealthier at the expense of all others who now live in poverty and/or are just struggling to hang on or survive. And most importantly, the New Generation Leader we need is YOU!
