Mandera Amani Forum MAF is a non profit community based organization that gives more emphasis on peace building initia Mandera Amani Forum was founded on 2010.

It is officially registered with the office of the District Gender and Social Development Officer(DGSDO) as a self help association on June 2011. the areas of intervention is mandera town and its outskirt villages. Key objectives of the association are:-
-Participate and advocate for peace and harmony in the community and the county at large.
-To improve the environmental condition by hold

ing tree plantations campaigns and clearing pushes
- Campaign against drug and drug abuse and high dropout rates in the county
-To propose ways of mentoring the youth to be just and morally
