Today we worshipped at Mavuno Church Limuru, hosted at Limuru Township Primary School.
Mavuno Church has consistently stood with us in our charity work. Their support for The Villagers Hope has been genuine and impactful. It’s truly refreshing to see a church that not only preaches love, but practices it.
We were blessed by a powerful sermon from Pastor Muindi on The Call of God.
A few key takeaways:
God doesn’t always call you directly, sometimes the call comes through people, situations, or purpose.
The call of God is not dependent on your abilities (Romans 8:30).
The call of God requires faithfulness and total surrender.
The call of God is progressive, it grows every time you say yes.
The call of God demands fruitfulness and commitment.
The call of God is for all of us, we are all called.
We left encouraged, challenged, and reminded that purpose is not about qualification, but obedience.
