Laminates are those flexible packs made by bonding layers of plastic, foil or paper together — think snack packets, sachets and some food packaging.
They’re hard to recycle because those layers are difficult to separate.
Today, 4 tonnes left our yard thanks to EPR — material that would normally sit here for months.
That’s circularity working: less waste stuck in storage, more material finding a responsible next use. ♻️
