A lot of people see the safari photos—and yes, they’re incredible—but the clinic is why we’re really here.

Most days start early. Coffee, quick breakfast, then we’re setting up—turning a primary school in the Maasai Mara into a working medical and dental clinic. It’s not fancy, but it works. By the time patients start arriving, there’s already a line.

From there, it’s full speed. Treating patients, triaging, problem-solving on the fly, doing the best we can with what we have. And somehow, even in the middle of a long, hot day, there’s always laughter.

We see a lot. Big needs, little kids, grateful families. It’s humbling every single time.

By the end of the day, we’re tired, a little dusty, and completely filled up. Because this—the clinic, the people, the impact—is the heart of Service & Safari.

The singing, the dancing, the joy—it’s pure magic. What starts as a simple birthday turns into a full community celebration, filled with laughter, connection, and so much heart.

It’s moments like these that remind us this experience is about so much more than service. It’s about people, culture, and the beautiful ways we come together to celebrate life.

From the first patient to the last, our team showed up with compassion, skill, and a shared commitment to serve. Every smile restored, every infection treated, and every patient comforted reminds us why we’re here.

First full clinic day at Wesley Mission Hospital in Nakuru—and wow, what a day. 💛

We had an incredible team effort and were able to care for over 70 patients on day one. The clinic may be simple, but the need is great—and so is the gratitude. Every patient reminded us why access to dental care matters so much.

So thankful to be part of a team showing up, working hard, and making a real difference—one patient at a time.

Grateful for the opportunity to provide care, connection, and a whole lot of smiles. 😊

We’re back in Kenya with One World Brigades—and it already feels like coming home. 💛

Nothing beats walking into Wesley Mission Hospital and seeing familiar faces… big smiles, warm hugs, and friendships that pick right back up like no time has passed.

So excited to jump into another week of serving, laughing, learning, and making a difference together. This crew is something special.

And let’s be honest… a little safari adventure at the end doesn’t hurt either 🐘✨
