Kirinyaga Community Empowerment Forum -KCEF KCEF is a community based organization registered with the office of the sub County Social Development Office in Kirinyaga County.

KCEF is also not-for-profit making organization with the mission of empowering the community with basic necessity and to promote social welfare and wellbeing of the residents of the area and to work together as residents regardless of age, s*x, ethnicity, ability, religion or political affiliation. KCEF was established in November 2014 by a group of volunteers from Kirinyaga County, Kenya, Since then the group has been doing voluntary work with limited resources available.
