I remember sharing a simple hack to reading a book,
I think we have been wired based on our education that books are meant to be read entirely back to back, and some do this for sports and bragging rights, but it isn't about volume, but getting value.
To get the best out of books,
Pick a Book,
Go to the Contents section,
Look for a Topic that resonates with you or have the answers to the questions bothering you or topic that has values for you,
Read that Chapter alone,
Ponder on it, highlight points you have learnt,
Act or work on them or allow it have impact.
Close the book.
You are sure to have gotten more value than someone, who read the whole book for bragging rights, and can't remember a single point.
It isn't about volume but value.
