URGENT HELP NEEDED FOR OUR DAUGHTERS 🙏🏾

Every month, 40+ girls in a school in Trans-Nzoia county are sent home because of periods. No pads = No class = No future.

We started TUMAINI Club to STOP this.

HOW IT WORKS:
✅ Pad Bank in school = No girl sent home
✅ Boy Allies = No more teasing
✅ 10 bob monthly = Parents keep it running

IT'S WORKING! 0 girls sent home since we started.

BE THE HOPE. HELP US START MORE CLUBS:
1. 50 bob = 1 packet = 1 girl in class 1 month
2. 1,200 bob = Support 1 girl for 1 year
3. 12,000 bob = Start a full Pad Bank in 1 school. Your name on the box.

We are thankful to Maurice Kakai Bisau Foundation for partnering with our organization during the official launch of menstrual health and hygiene program for vulnerable girls in Trans-Nzoia county on 28th May 2026 at Christian Outreach Ministries - Sirende.
The foundation donated 100 Sanitary Pads and 5k to support the project.
Thank you so much Hon. Maurice Kakai Bisau . You're the first political leaders to support our initiative. We look forward to more partnerships in future.

Yesterday, periods stopped being a reason to miss school. 🩸➡️📚

A 100 girls stood tall as we officially launched our Menstrual Health & Hygiene Program.

What happened because people like you showed up:

1. 100 dignity kits handed out — each with 2 disposable pads and 1 reusable pad. No girl went home empty-handed.
2. 5 trees planted as _Mizizi ya Heshima_. Each tree = a girl’s promise to stay rooted in school.
3. 1 MHH Club born — students + teachers ready to keep the conversation going, myth-free.
4. Truth spoken — Our speaker from MOH reminded us: “A girl who manages her period well stays in school 20% more days.” Parents nodded. Teachers took notes.

The moment we’ll never forget:
Girls from different schools gave presentations about difficulties they encounter during their periods. One girl narrated; "There's a time when I had periods I asked my mother to buy me a pad, and she asked me 'Will I buy food, soap, or pad?' This statement truly shocked the audience.

To every teacher who brought learners, every partner who gave, every hand that clapped: _Asanteni sana_.

This is just the beginning.
