Due to the rising number of premature deaths arising from non communicable diseases, we are setting in motion a raft of interventions with the goal of curbing the escalating trend of NCDs through awareness creation and implementing strategies Since 2013, we have been involved in the management of these patients who are in stages of chronically and terminally ill. ure deaths from non-communicable diseases (NCDs), including Cardiovascular diseases( mostly hypertension, heart diseases and stroke), cancers, diabetes, and chronic respiratory diseases, we are implementing programs that drives awareness, early diagnosis and management and social change towards the reduction of the incidence and prevalence of Non communicable diseases. The organization is run by a team of professionals with diverse background in health and social sciences, it has in its management team; Consultants, Medical Officers, Clinical Officers, Nursing Officers, M&E specialist, Nutritionists, social scientists. We accelerate innovations and promote effective solutions with a focus on Non Communicable Diseases, Maternal and Reproductive health, Gender Based and Sexual Violence and Infectious diseases.
