Dunia inasonga mbio sana, things are tough! And 100% of the human population suffers from mental health issues in various forms. I will be lying if I say that there's someone out there who doesn't experience mental illness at some point in one way or the other.

It has become a universal problem that arises from various social, biological, psychological, spiritual, political and economic stresses.

Real conversations around it are now a necessity worldwide due to the rising need of UNDERSTANDING MENTAL HEALTH. There's the need to understand the nature, causes, effects and even ways to resolve some of the issues that arise from this phenomenon.

Jijue YouthHub is here to play it's part in the movement aimed at dealing with Mental Illness. Together, with well trained professionals( Speakers, Psychologists, Sociologists and Mental Health experts), we are prepared to have an open space to talk about it. Helpful contributions and insights are also welcome.

This is meant to be an open conversation designed for all. The age doesn't matter. Mark the dates, tune in, and let's learn together.

At Jijue YouthHub, we inspire, involve and transfrom.

Sometimes we forget how far we’ve come. You survived days you thought would finish you. You overcame moments you thought were permanent. Look at you now. 🙌

Gratitude is power. Even when life feels heavy, there’s always something to thank God for.

Today let’s pause. Share one thing, big or small, that you’re grateful for this week. You’ll realize you’ve already won battles you once prayed about.
