A New Chapter in Mentorship at DBR

For years, Dream Believe Repeat has been creating spaces where girls can discover their strengths, build confidence, develop leadership skills, and dream boldly about their futures.

Now, we’re taking an exciting new step. 💚

We are expanding our mentorship program to include boys.

Our new Boys’ Leadership & Mentorship Workshop will run alongside our girls’ mentorship program at Victoria Montessori School, creating an opportunity for both girls and boys to grow as confident, compassionate and responsible young leaders.

Over 9 weeks, the boys will explore leadership, emotional intelligence, inclusive leadership, communication, conflict resolution, integrity, healthy boundaries, and creating a positive vision for their communities.

Meanwhile, the girls will continue with their own mentorship journey — because investing in girls remains at the heart of what we do.

This expansion reflects something we deeply believe:

Building a better future for girls also means helping boys become the kind of leaders, friends and community members who will support equality, respect and positive change.

At the 2026 DBR Leadership Summit, young people were given space to discover their voices, build confidence, explore their potential, and understand that true leadership is rooted in empathy, courage, and lifting others along the way.

We are deeply grateful to every coach, partner, teacher, volunteer, supporter, and participant who helped make this experience possible. Your belief in these young leaders continues to create ripples far beyond the summit.

A Summit is never just about the people on stage. It is about the incredible people who choose to show up, stand with us and believe in the dreams of our girls.

To all our friends, partners, supporters, school leaders, teachers and well wishers who graced the DBR Leadership Summit 2026, we say ASANTE SANA! Your presence made the occasion truly special.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to:

Director Margaret (Gender), thank you for honoring us with your presence and continued support.

Behind every workshop, every conversation, every laugh and every new perspective at the DBR Leadership Summit were incredible coaches who showed up with one thing in common: a genuine belief in the potential of our young people.

From striking a pose to sharing a laugh, these moments capture something special—the connections built between our coaches and the girls throughout the summit. 🤍

They came from different places, carrying different stories, talents and experiences, but for these few days, they became part of one DBR family.

To every coach who shared their time, knowledge, energy and heart with us—thank you for showing up and believing in our girls. 🌍

🌟 Celebrating Our Guest of Honor — Mrs. Judith Otieno

We were deeply honored to have Mrs. Judith Otieno, Deputy Principal at Waware School, join us as the Guest of Honor at the DBR Leadership Summit 2026.

Her presence added great meaning to a weekend centered on leadership, wellness, empowerment, and the limitless potential of our girls. As an educator and leader, Mrs. Otieno continues to play an important role in shaping and inspiring the next generation.

We are grateful for her time, her encouragement, and her commitment to creating opportunities where young people can learn, grow, and believe in themselves.
