Menstruation is about more than just pads,it is about health, dignity, and peace of mind. During the 3rd Edition of the Period Caravan, we noticed that many young girls and women in our rural communities carry silent burdens. From the anxiety of managing period poverty to dealing with social stigma and body changes, navigating puberty can feel overwhelming.

That is why our dedicated counseling sessions have been a vital heartbeat of this caravan.

In these safe, private spaces, our professional counselors have been working closely with girls to:
1.Demystify reproductive health and shatter old stigmas.
2. Provide emotional support for dealing with anxiety, shame, or fear.
3.Share practical guidance on self-care, safe boundaries, and body confidence.
4.Listen without judgment, reminding every girl that she is never alone.

True empowerment starts from within. By giving these girls a voice and a safe place to heal, we are helping them stay in school and look toward the future with confidence.

Thank you to our amazing team of counselors and partners for breaking barriers and making a lasting difference in these communities!

Day 2 of the Football Clinic was an absolute masterclass!

Today, we hit the pitch with the incredible Oseno Queens Football Club. In the heart of our rural community, these young girls showed us what true passion, grit, and raw talent look like. From sharpening technical ball skills to masterminding team transitions, the energy was electric.

We are not just coaching football; we are building confidence, breaking barriers, and nurturing the next generation of sports champions.

Big shoutout to the Oseno Queens for giving it their all and thanks to coach .The journey continues! 🌟🏆

During our recent 3rd edition of Period Caravan outreach in Siaya county.Oseno Primary school, we proved that learning about menstrual health doesn't have to be clinical or scary. In fact, the highlight of our day was the pure energy, laughter, and games we shared with the children!

Through interactive relay races, educational trivia, and lively circle games, we transformed a traditionally "hushed" topic into a day of loud celebration, confidence, and community bonding.

Laughter is the universal language of connection, and seeing these children play, learn, and grow together reminds us exactly why we do this work. Rural youth deserve the tools to thrive, wrapped in the joy they deserve!
