🌍 INTERNATIONAL YOUTH DAY 2026 | LET’S TALK YOUTH! ✊🏾

Young people are not just the leaders of tomorrow we are leaders, creators, changemakers and voices of today.

At KISPED Kenya, we believe in creating spaces where young people can play, create, speak out and take action. Through sports, arts, media and climate justice, young people can challenge inequality, tell their own stories, build resilient communities and shape a more inclusive and sustainable future.

⚽ Sports — building teamwork, confidence and equal opportunities.

🎨 Arts — expressing identity, creativity and inspiring change.

🎥 Media — telling our stories, amplifying voices and shaping narratives.

🌱 Climate Justice — protecting our planet and ensuring no young person is left behind.

Our voice. Our actions. Our future.

This International Youth Day, let’s move beyond celebrating young people to meaningfully involving us in the decisions that shape our lives and communities.
Together, we can drive change on and off the field! 💚🧡💙

💙⚽ Happy Father's Day! ⚽💙

Behind every footballer who believes in themselves is a father who believed first.

From the first kick of the ball to every victory and setback, fathers play a vital role in shaping confidence, discipline, resilience, and dreams. They are our first coaches, biggest supporters, protectors, and role models.

Today, KISPED Kenya celebrates all fathers and father figures whose love and sacrifices continue to inspire the next generation of footballers and leaders.

"You don't just build players you build confidence, character, and dreams".

Football is more than a game—it is a platform for empowerment. Every girl deserves access to accurate sexual and reproductive health information, safe spaces to participate in sports, and the opportunity to lead healthy and fulfilling lives. Through sport, we can break barriers, build confidence, and ensure that no girl is left behind. ⚽💜

🌍⚽ World Mental Health Month 2026 ⚽🌍

At KISPED Kenya, we recognize that mental health is just as important as physical fitness. Every athlete, coach, referee, and sports enthusiast deserves support, understanding, and access to mental well-being resources.

Sport builds strength, resilience, and teamwork—but no one should face mental health challenges alone. Let us create safe and inclusive sporting spaces where everyone feels valued, heard, and supported.

💚 Check in on your teammates.
🧡 Speak up when you need support.
💚 Prioritize your mental well-being.
🧡 Remember: Your worth is greater than any result on the scoreboard.

Together, we can break the stigma around mental health in sports and build stronger communities on and off the field.

As we continue advancing sports for development, inclusion, and community empowerment, KISPED is embarking on an important organizational transformation journey.

Over the coming months, we will undertake a comprehensive review of our programmes, organizational structure, and geographical areas of implementation. This process will include programme restructuring, strategic reflection, and organizational rebranding while remaining committed to our core thematic areas and mission.

As we mark the conclusion of our previous five-year strategic plan, we will reflect on key achievements, lessons learned, challenges, and opportunities that have shaped our journey. These insights will inform the development of a new five-year strategic framework that will guide KISPED's growth, impact, and sustainability into the future.

We appreciate the support of our partners, stakeholders, communities, and supporters who have walked this journey with us. Together, we are building a stronger, more responsive, and future-ready organization.
