Let me say this again,
Don't build your house first before you establish your business.
Read it again,
Unless that house is your business, don't scrap the revenue from you business to build a family house, use that money to build your business first,
Your first investment should be on yourself, then the second investment should be your business.
I never knew this is in the Bible:
Don't build your house and establish a home until your fields are ready, and you are sure that you can earn a living.
Proverbs 24:27 ( Good News Translation)
People milk their businesses just to get a house to live, we call it wisdom but it's not. Every penny from that business goes to the house.
I have seen a very wealthy man deployed all his resources in building a heavy mansion in the village, unfortunately, he couldn't finish it.
How can you eat the chicken and expect to keep getting eggs,
No Nah
Is better to live in one bedroom and build a business worth billions than live in a mansion and your business is suffering to carry the liability of maintaining it.
The urge to be seen as landlord and house owners push many to use their business resources and build, then the business suffers.
We live in a society where norms are passed down from generation to generation without asking questions.
We hardly question what used to be and follow blindly.
Sustain your business first, then build second
Plant in the field, then build your ban.
Don't use your planting money to build a ban.
Happy Sunday guys
.
