Celebrating a culture without harm....

The ARP(Alternative Right of Passage)

Dream team Sisters-DTS joined CECOME to celebrate 101 girls who graduated to adulthood without going through a cut.

The girls have been taken through a curriculum on human anatomy,self hygiene, types of FGM,its effects,human/girl rights,reporting systems and liveskills(self esteem and communication).

Together we can stop FGM and end GBV.

TFGBV and online violence remain silent disasters with devastating impacts to individuals even when offline.

Yesterday, 24th November, 2025

The ISCOD –DTS Consortium successfully held a reflection session for their activity tagged as “Combating TFGBV through the Sisterhood Model, Knowledge Base, and GBV Reporting System.” at St.Patricks secondary school-Mosocho.

Learners accompanied by their mentors from 4 institutions showcased what they’ve gained throughout the programme through:
Poems,songs,Role plays and spoken words,besides sharing their experiences on the subject.

Psychosocial support services on how to navigate around this monster for those who may have fallen victims was also handy.

United,we can break the code of silence and end TFGBV.
