84 Youth Enrolled! SCF & Village Administrator Spearhead NYOTA Sensitization Forum
Today, Sports Connect Foundation (SCF), with the support of the Village Administrator, successfully hosted its first Youth Sensitization Forum under the NYOTA (National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement) Program—a transformative initiative under the Ministry of Sports and Youth, replacing KYOP.
This impactful program, currently accepting applications for its business support cycle, aims to empower young people with financial literacy, entrepreneurship skills, and economic opportunities.
During the session, we proudly enrolled 84 youth, taking a critical step toward self-reliance. Discussions focused on pressing challenges such as poverty, unemployment, poor saving culture, and the desperation that often forces youth into risky shortcuts. Through this engagement, we encouraged strategic planning, smart financial habits, and leveraging available opportunities to create sustainable livelihoods.
Who Can Apply?

✔️ Persons with Disabilities (PWDs) aged 18-35 years
