Every stitch is a step toward independence. 🧵

In our dressmaking center, transformation is completely hands-on.
Operating a manual sewing machine takes rhythm, focus, and physical dedication proving that our own bodies and skills are the greatest tools we have to create a sustainable income.

By pairing personal drive with the tailoring skills taught here at CADO, our trainees are quite literally crafting their own financial freedom. One press of the pedal at a time. 💪

Stepping into the dressmaking center as a beginner can be intimidating, especially when you're beating the field odds just by walking through the door. But look at that smile! 😊🪡 Nixon has embraced the learning curve with open arms, turning fabric into opportunity and challenges into triumphs. He is a vital part of our community mission to sustain youth through technical training. 👗❤️

In a quiet village mud church, with no proper seats and dust beneath our feet, we gather anyway,because empowerment doesn’t wait for perfect conditions.

With just one computer from our founder, these young girls lean in and see both worlds-the reality they live in, and the possibilities beyond it.
They watch girls from cities, and girls from villages like theirs who broke the norms and chose excellence anyway.

In those moments, something shifts. The gap between “here” and “there” begins to close.

CADO is not just holding meetings-we are opening their eyes, expanding their vision, and raising girls who know they can become more, no matter where they start. �
