Friday 10th April, was Farmers Day at Toolkit Demo Farm. It was a beehive of activity - over 100 farmers, vendors, exhibitors, and youth interested in agri🌱

Participants experienced firsthand the innovative practices and solutions shaping modern farming.

We extend our sincere gratitude to our partners led by Equity Bank, including Rhea, Kofarms, SunCulture, KAPI, Voltharvest Technology, Pure Planet Organics, Xpert Farmers, MSEA, and Mycrobase Tech Ltd.

Toolkit Demo Farm equips youth & farmers with practical techniques to enhance productivity while protecting the environment. 🌾

At the Toolkit for Skills and Innovation, our Welding and Electrical (with Solar) trainees have successfully completed their training journey. We proudly celebrate their growth, resilience, and achievements. 🎓✨

Today marks a significant milestone as they receive their National Construction Authority (NCA) accreditation, equipping them for the next step as they transition into their industrial attachment.

We were honored to hear inspiring and heartfelt remarks from our General Manager, Hosea Mugera, who spoke about:

*Knowing yourself
*Consistency
*Defining your own success

His words encouraged and motivated the trainees to embrace the opportunities ahead with confidence and purpose.

We were also privileged to hear an inspiring session from Milicent, the Job Linkage and Alumni Engagement Officer, on Job Readiness. She shared valuable insights and encouragement on navigating the job market and seizing opportunities with confidence.

The event was further enriched by powerful speeches from our trainers and moving stories shared by the trainees, reflecting on their journey and transformation over the past months.

We wish them all the very best as they step into the professional world and begin this exciting new chapter in their lives. 🌟
