The transition from campus to career is a defining moment for our university graduates.
Through our Opening Doors Foundation mentorship program, graduates are paired with female professionals from around the world who provide guidance as they take their first steps into their careers.
For recent graduate Grace, mentorship became something more than she expected:
“When I first started seeking mentorship, I thought I was looking for a map, someone to hand me the answers and point me in the right direction. What I actually found was a mirror. Through every challenging question and honest conversation, my mentor Natalia didn’t just give advice, she encouraged me to trust my own judgment and reframe how I saw my potential. Growth, I’ve learnt, isn’t about finding someone to lead you by the hand. It’s about having someone walk beside you long enough until you realize you were capable of leading yourself all along.”
