Our Period. Our Dignity. Our Future. 🩸❤️

Menstrual hygiene is more than access to sanitary towels it is about dignity, confidence, health, and equal opportunities. No girl should have to miss a day of school, sit out of class, or abandon her dreams because of her period.

When we provide girls with menstrual products, accurate information, and supportive environments, we keep them learning, growing, and believing in themselves. Every day a girl stays in school is another step toward becoming a teacher, doctor, engineer, leader, or changemaker.

The same is true in sports. A talented girl should never have to watch from the sidelines because she cannot manage her period with dignity. With the right support, she can train, compete, build confidence, and one day proudly represent her school, community, county, or even Kenya on the biggest stages.

Let's break the stigma surrounding menstruation and replace silence with understanding, compassion, and action. Together, we can ensure that no girl's education or sporting journey is interrupted by a natural part of life.
Every sanitary pad shared is an investment in a girl's education. Every conversation started is a step toward ending period stigma.

Every girl supported today is a champion whose story will inspire generations tomorrow.

Keep a girl in school. Keep a girl in sports. Keep her dreams alive.
