THEME: PURPOSE WAS DETERMINED BEFORE CREATION

What a powerful time in God's presence as we began our new series on PURPOSE.
We learned that purpose is not an accident. It is God's sovereign and eternal plan for creation and humanity. Long before we were born, God had already designed a purpose for our lives.

"According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world..." (Ephesians 1:4)
Key Lessons:
• Purpose existed before your physical body was formed.
• God knew you before you were conceived and set you apart for a divine assignment. "Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee..." (Jeremiah 1:5)
• Jeremiah was not only known by God, he was sanctified, set apart, and ordained for a specific purpose among the nations.
• Paul also testified that he was separated and called from birth (Galatians 1:15-16). Even while persecuting the church, God's purpose over his life remained intact.
• God does not create your purpose when you get saved. Salvation brings you into alignment with the purpose He already established.
• Predestination means God knew beforehand what He had designed you to become (Romans 8:29, Romans 9:10-12).
• God gives every person the freedom to choose. Though Israel was chosen by God, Joshua still challenged them: "Choose you this day whom ye will serve..." (Joshua 24:15)
Powerful Reflections:
• My purpose is not determined by where I was born.
• My purpose is not determined by my family background.
• My purpose is not determined by my level of education.
• God's purpose for my life is greater than my circumstances.
Because purpose was established before creation, it is never too late to align with God's plan. You are not disqualified by your past. You can still catch up with your divine destiny.
At the same time, predestination is not an excuse for carelessness. We have a responsibility to cooperate with God, obey His Word, and walk faithfully in His direction so that His purpose for our lives becomes a reality.
Declaration:
"I choose to align with God's purpose for my life. I will cooperate with His Word, walk in obedience, and fulfill the destiny He prepared for me before the foundation of the world."

Many people are alive, but few truly understand why God placed them on the earth. Life becomes confusing when purpose is unknown. You were not created by accident. Heaven had a plan before you were formed.

Good morning, Saints!

This one is for everyone in a season they do not fully understand. Read it and share it freely.

*"Trust The Season You Are In"*

*"To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven."*
Ecclesiastes 3:1 (KJV)

Some of you are doing everything right but nothing seems to be moving. You are praying. You are faithful. You are showing up. But the breakthrough feels further away today than it did last year.

Today God wants to speak to that place.

*You are not stuck. You are in a season.*

*Three things to remember:*

Every season has a purpose. Even the quiet ones. Even the painful ones. God is involved in all of it.

Every season has an end. Winter does not last forever. Morning always follows the night. Your current season is temporary.

Every season is preparing you. What God is building in your character now is exactly what the next season will require. You are being equipped, not forgotten.

*Habakkuk 2:3 says:*

*"For the vision is yet for an appointed time. Though it tarry, wait for it. Because it will surely come, it will not tarry."*

God put a guarantee on your promise. It has an appointed time. And it is coming.

*Isaiah 40:31 says:*

*"They that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength. They shall mount up with wings as eagles."*

Waiting on God does not drain you. It restores you.

*Three things to do today:*

1. Declare out loud, "This season has a purpose. God has not forgotten me."
2. Stop comparing your season to someone else's. Your timeline is specific to you.
3. Find one thing to be grateful for in this season. Gratitude keeps your eyes on what God is doing.

*PRAYER*

Father, this season has been hard to understand. But Your Word says every thing has a season and every purpose has an appointed time. So today I trust the season I am in. I will not stagger at the promise. I will wait on You like Abraham waited. I stay persuaded that what You promised, You are able to perform. The harvest is coming. And I will be ready because You have been preparing me all along. Amen.

“Christ in you, the hope of glory.”


Today in church we learned about the power of Christ in us.
When Christ lives in you: • You carry victory over darkness
• You carry redemption and salvation
• You carry peace in trouble
• You carry strength in weakness
• You carry divine purpose
• You carry favor, provision, and prosperity according to God’s will
Christ in us is the evidence that God has not abandoned us.
You are not empty. You are not defeated. You are not alone.

The King of Glory lives in you.

Christianity is more than church attendance. Christianity is Christ living in us.

“To them God has chosen to make known among the Gentiles the glorious riches of this mystery, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory.” Colossians 1:27
