We are a united community of comrades from Kiambu County, bringing together students from institutions within Kiambu and across the country. KUCSA is a vibrant community of students from various universities and colleges in Kiambu County who are passionate about academic excellence, personal growth, and c

ommunity service. Our association was established with the primary objective of promoting unity among students in Kiambu County. We believe that by coming together, we can learn from each other's experiences, share knowledge, and contribute to the development of our society. KUCSA is committed to empowering its members with skills and knowledge that will enable them to achieve their full potential. We organize various activities such as academic and career development programs, leadership training, sports, and social events to ensure that our members are well-rounded individuals. Our association also recognizes the importance of community service and we engage in various initiatives aimed at giving back to society. We believe that as students, we have a responsibility to contribute to the development of our communities and to make a positive impact on the world around us. Over the weekend, the Kiambu University and College Students Association (KUCSA), in collaboration with the Githunguri Youth's Forum, had the privilege of visiting Gikanga kagece Secondary school in Githiga for an impactful student mentorship program. It was a fulfilling opportunity to interact with young learners, inspire them, and encourage them to remain focused on their education and personal growth.

During the mentorship sessions, we discussed the importance of discipline, hard work, leadership, and making wise life choices. We also encouraged the students to believe in themselves, stay away from drugs and other negative influences, and pursue their dreams with determination and confidence. Education remains one of the most powerful tools for transforming lives, and we challenged every student to make the most of the opportunities before them.

The engagement was interactive, with students asking thoughtful questions and sharing their aspirations for the future. Their enthusiasm reminded us that the next generation is full of potential and only needs guidance, encouragement, and the right support.

As KUCSA, we remain committed to giving back to the community by mentoring, empowering, and inspiring young people across Kiambu County and beyond. Yesterday, the Kiambu University and College Students Association (KUCSA), in conjunction with KUKISA and the Githunguri Youth's Forum, successfully conducted an impactful mentorship program and tree-planting activities at Nyaga Primary School and Nyaga Secondary School.

Through mentorship, we inspired students to believe in themselves, pursue their dreams, and make positive life choices. Through tree planting, we reaffirmed our commitment to environmental conservation and a greener future.

Together, we are empowering the next generation and building stronger, more sustainable communities.
