Bright Future Foundation was started by a group of youths in the year 2014 after realizing the common dream they had to protect men, women and children against gender based violence. The youths despite having no resources they started with meetings at a hotel in town and proceeded to enrolling other youths into the organization in order to have enough support and capacity. ght Future Foundation is another step towards assisting men, women and children who have been subjected to untold abuse by strangers or people known to them. Most organizations and individuals when confronted with cases of r**e, defilement, in**st, domestic violence and abandoned babies they tend to overlook the matter or consider the matter as domestic issue wherelse the victim of violence suffers psychological trauma, HIV/AIDS, physical injuries, STI/STD or even unwanted pregnancy. All this happens due to lack of proper information and knowledge on r**e management and organizations dealing with gender based violence issues. Police latest statistics show that more women and children are r**ed in Kenya than people murdered by gangsters or vehicles stolen.
