A big win to women and girls in Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

Scotland has become the first country in the world to make tampons, sanitary pads, and other period products completely free for anyone who needs them.

Under the law, schools, colleges, and public facilities must provide these essentials at no cost, helping ensure that no one has to struggle to access basic hygiene products.

Supporters say the move tackles period poverty, making everyday life a little less stressful and far more accessible for millions of people. 💪

A huge step forward for health, dignity, and equality — and many hope more countries will follow Scotland’s lead. 🌍💜

Free bleeding refers to menstruating without using any menstrual products like pads, tampons, or cups, allowing the blood to flow freely. Some people do this for various reasons, including comfort, reducing waste, or challenging societal norms around menstruation. It's not about being careless, but rather about making a conscious choice about one's body and period. But will at it it’s highly recommended that those who opt for free bleeding to avoid public spaces for hygiene purposes

“Empowering Futures, One Girl at a Time”

Education is the key to unlocking a brighter future, and for girls in vulnerable communities, it's a game-changer. By sponsoring a girl's education, you're giving her the tools to break the cycle of poverty, challenge societal norms, and become a leader in her community.

Every girl deserves the chance to learn, grow, and thrive. Your support can help make that happen. By providing access to quality education, we can empower girls to:

✅Gain knowledge and skills to pursue their dreams
✅ Develop confidence and self-worth
✅ Break free from early marriage and childbearing
✅ Contribute to their communities and economies
✅ Become role models and leaders

We remain thankful that in the last 10yrs, through the generosity and kindness of our supporters/donors we have been able to impact the lives of our beneficiaries through our sanitary pads program, secondary education sponsorship program and mentorship program.

Together, we continue create a ripple effect of change, empowering girls to become agents of change in their communities and beyond.

This World Children’s Day, let us listen to children. And let us amplify their voices as they stand up for their rights. Every child has right to be protected, to learn, and to have their voice heard. In addition, girls have a right to access menstrual hygiene products to allow them go to school without interruptions.
