International Day of Zero Tolerance for Female Ge***al Mutilation.

Theme 2026: “Towards 2030: No End to FGM Without Sustained Commitment and Investment.”

Today we raise our voices for the millions of girls and women still affected by Female Ge***al Mutilation (FGM) — a harmful practice that violates human rights, inflicts lifelong physical and psychological trauma, and denies girls their dignity.

Ending FGM isn’t only about awareness — it requires long‑term commitment, collective action and sustained investment from governments, communities, civil society, youth, donors and all of us who believe in gender justice.

Every conversation, every commitment, and every investment brings us closer to a world where no girl is ever violated in the name of tradition or control.

Today, Progressive Cultures CBO joins the global community in marking the 16 Days of Activism Against Gender-Based Violence under the theme:

🔶 “UNiTE to End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls.”

In an increasingly digital world, women and girls continue to face online harassment, cyberstalking, doxxing, image-based abuse, and other harmful behaviors that silence their voices and limit their freedom.

At Progressive Cultures CBO, we believe that every woman and girl deserves to be safe—both online and offline.
This year, we call on our community to stand together to:

✨ Promote safe and inclusive online spaces
✨ Challenge harmful digital behaviors
✨ Support survivors of online abuse
✨ Educate young people on digital rights and online safety
✨ Report and speak out against cyber-violence

Let’s unite to build a digital world where respect, dignity, and equality are the norm—not the exception.

🧡 Orange the world. End violence now.

Happy International Women's Day 2025! Today, we celebrate the strength, resilience, and achievements of women everywhere. Women are the backbone of society, and it's our responsibility to foster an environment where they can thrive. Let’s break stereotypes, promote inclusivity, and uplift one another. Together, we can build a future where every woman and girl has the freedom to dream and achieve.
