Mental Health Month starts today.

Across our global network, we’ve seen how sport can support mental wellbeing — through relationships, safe spaces and a sense of belonging.

Research shows that regular physical activity is linked to lower levels of anxiety and depression.

At its best, this work is about helping create more good days — together.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll be sharing what that looks like in practice — spotlighting organizations, insights and voices from across our community.

Stay tuned.

Words are powerful.

These are the words our beneficiaries used to describe their experience: happy, blessed, proud, grateful, empowered, confident, hopeful, peaceful.

This is what it’s all about — that one word becoming the feeling that shapes every step forward and every new beginning.

Today and always, we are deeply grateful to our sponsors and well-wishers who make this impact possible.

As the collective implementing the STEM project, we are proud to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science with the refugee and marginalized communities we serve.

Together, we are championing equity, diversity, and inclusion in STEM—creating meaningful opportunities for women, girls, and gender-diverse people to learn, lead, and thrive.

ReHA took part in a hands-on mini photography session focused on the intentional use of images to document lived realities, strengthen advocacy, and support resource mobilization.

The training provided practical insights into ethical storytelling and the responsibility that comes with representing community narratives. We value learning spaces that are focused, purposeful, and intentionally designed to equip those directly engaged in community work.

We appreciate the facilitator Josh and for their continued investment in refugee- and migrant-led initiatives through meaningful capacity-building and safe, affirming environments.

At ReHA, we see creative tools not merely as a means of visibility, but as instruments for truth-telling, accountability, and reclaiming our stories on our own terms.
