The Noomayianat Community Development Organization (NCDO) is involved in rehabilitating the Kimana wetlands of Loitokitok District in Kajiado County, which are fed by the melting snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro as a strategy for climate change adaptation.

NCDO as a community based organization is working towards improved wetlands and water catchment management, agriculture smart practices, landscape grazing management and rehabilitation practices all this contribute to two key aspects sustainability of natural resources and improved livelihoods.
