It's a women/youth-led organization that uses grassroots intervention to end harmful cultural practices and also empower the community through tangible projects.

Today, we join the world in celebrating World Environment Day in Kimana, by reaffirming our commitment to environmental conservation and climate action.
As climate change continues to affect communities, women and girls often bear the greatest burden through water scarcity, food insecurity, displacement, and increased vulnerability to harmful practices. Protecting our environment is therefore not only about safeguarding nature but also about promoting gender equality, dignity, and sustainable livelihoods.
Through tree planting, climate education, community awareness, and youth engagement, Naret Intoiye CBO is working with communities to build a greener, healthier, and more resilient future for all.

We held a successful Civic Education and Youth Parliament Formation session under the program aimed at empowering young people to become active and responsible citizens in our communities.
The activity focused on enhancing youths’ understanding of civic rights and responsibilities, public participation, leadership, governance, and social accountability. Through open discussions and interactive learning, young people were encouraged to take part in decision-making processes and advocate for issues affecting their lives.
The formation of the Youth Parliament marks an important step in creating a platform where youth voices can be heard, ideas shared, and solutions developed for community development and positive change.
We believe that empowered youth are powerful agents of transformation. Together, we continue building a generation that is informed, engaged, and ready to lead.

Naret Intoiye CBO and Nice Place Foundation in partnership with Plan International and Amref Health Africa, successfully held the inception meeting for the Future4Binti Project in Kajiado South.

The meeting brought together key stakeholders, community leaders, government representatives, and young people to officially launch the project and strengthen collaboration towards ending FGM, child marriage, and other harmful cultural practices affecting girls and young women.

Through the Future4Binti Project, we are committed to empowering girls through education, mentorship, advocacy, and community engagement to ensure every girl has the opportunity to thrive in a safe and supportive environment.

Together, we can build a future where every binti is protected, empowered, and given equal opportunities to succeed.

Girls’ mentorship during school holidays at the grassroots level is especially powerful because it reaches girls when they are most vulnerable but also most available to learn and grow. In many communities, holidays are not just a break—they can expose girls to risks like early marriage, FGM, child labor, or idleness. Structured mentorship helps turn this period into an opportunity instead of a setback.
At the community level, mentorship creates safe spaces where girls can openly discuss challenges they may not share at home or in school. Trusted mentors—often local women or trained youth leaders—become relatable role models who understand the girls’ social and cultural realities. This connection builds confidence and a sense of belonging.

We were honored to participate in the Future4Binti In-Country Workshop, bringing together partners committed to protecting and empowering girls.
Through this important engagement, Amref Health Africa and Plan International convened partners under the Future4Binti Programme to strengthen collaboration, align strategies, and deepen our shared commitment to ending FGM and child marriage.
The workshop provided a valuable platform to exchange insights, reflect on progress, and plan impactful interventions that will advance girls’ rights, education, and wellbeing.
