📚✨ Empowering Learners During the Mid-Term Break!
Naret Intoiye CBO successfully conducted a Mid-Term Break Mentorship Session with learners,from Rombo Mixed,Olmapinu,Bomas and Enchurrai Comprehensive Schools providing a safe and engaging space for learning, inspiration, and personal growth.
The session covered life skills, leadership, self-esteem, child protection, and the importance of education. Learners also engaged in meaningful discussions on harmful cultural practices such as child marriage and female ge***al mutilation (FGM), exploring their effects on children's rights, education, health, and future opportunities. They were encouraged to become champions for positive cultural values that uphold dignity, equality, and the well-being of every child.
Through mentorship, we continue to equip young people with the knowledge, confidence, and resilience they need to make informed decisions, stay in school, and become agents of positive change in their communities.
We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the learners, parents, mentors, and community members for their support and participation. Together, we are building a future where every child is safe, empowered, and able to reach their full potential.
