⚠️ IMPORTANT SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested vendors MUST submit formal quotation profiles prepared exclusively on their official company letterhead, fully stamped and dated.
Applicants should provide, where applicable:
✅ Valid KRA Tax Compliance Certificate
✅ Company registration documents/CR12 or Certificate of Incorporation/Business Registration
✅ Detailed company profile
✅ eTIMS compliance evidence
✅ Clear indication of whether quoted prices are inclusive or exclusive of VAT
✅ Formal quotation with validity covering 27 August 2026 to 30 June 2027, or longer
