Gatanga Furaha Children's Center Gatanga Furaha Children's Center was a home for orphans and vulnerable children in Murang'a County The institution shut its doors in 2019.

At Gatanga Furaha Children's Center we are currently helping 22 children. We ensure that they access primary school, high school and college education. Partnering with GO Campaign, we provide them with nutritious meals, medical care, shelter, security, psychological support and mentorship. We also monitor their education by following up with their teachers and see to it that they utilise their tal

ents and giftings. Their daily care is provided by a house mother, a house father and a trained social worker who works as the project manager. Since the year 2008, some have successfully graduated from primary school to high school doing very well in their Primary School National Exams to earn scholarships with reputable institutions such as Equity Bank(Wings To Fly Programme).
