πŸ’” PLEASE DON'T SCROLL PAST VINCENT'S STORY.πŸ’”
Vincent Mutwiri, a 12-year-old boy with a disability from RwaigunyΓ» Village, Siakago, Embu County.
Behind every smile he tries to give is a child who is silently fighting pain.
Vincent has painful wounds that urgently need medical treatment. He spends most of his days lying in bed. Some days pass without him even seeing the sunshine outside.
The person standing between Vincent and complete hopelessness is his grandmother, Paulina.
To earn a living, she travels to Ukambani to sell bananas for two or three days every week. Each time she leaves, her heart breaks because she has no one to stay with Vincent. She leaves him in bed, praying that she will return safely and find him alive.

No grandmother should have to make such a painful choice.
😭 Imagine being 12 years old...
Unable to play.
Unable to go to school.
Unable to move freely.
Waiting for someone to change your diaper, feed you, or simply hold your hand.

Vincent is not asking for a luxurious life.
He only needs:
🩺 Medical treatment
β™Ώ A wheelchair
🧷 Diapers size Large
🍚 Food
πŸ‘• Clothing
πŸ’™ A chance to live with dignity.

Today, you can become Vincent's miracle.
Your donationβ€”whether KSh 50, KSh 100, KSh 500, or moreβ€”may seem small to you, but to Vincent it could mean relief from pain, a clean diaper, a meal, a hospital visit, or the hope of a better tomorrow.
Please don't assume someone else will help.
Be the person who answers Vincent's prayer today.

πŸ’” MY HEART IS BREAKING FOR VINCENT MUTWIRI πŸ’”

The KumbuClan Foundation team visited RwaigunyΓ» Village, Siakago, Embu County, where we met Vincent Mutwiri, a 12-year-old boy living with a disability.

The situation we found is heartbreaking.

Vincent spends most of his days lying in bed. There are days when he doesn't even get the chance to see the sunshine. He has painful wounds on his head that urgently need medical attention, yet his family cannot afford the treatment he desperately needs.

Vincent lives with his grandmother, Paulina, who is doing everything she can to keep him alive. To earn a living, she travels to Ukambani two to three days every week to sell bananas. She faces an impossible choice: if she stays home to care for Vincent, there will be no food on the table. If she goes to work, Vincent is left alone in bed, with no one to feed him, change his diaper, or comfort him.

Even more painful, Vincent's mother left home years ago and her whereabouts remain unknown. Since then, the burden of caring for him has rested entirely on his elderly grandmother.

😭 No child should have to suffer like this.

Vincent urgently needs: 🩺 Medical treatment β™Ώ A wheelchair 🧷 Adult diapers 🍚 Food supplies πŸ‘• Clothes πŸ’™ Love, care, and hope

Today, you can become the reason Vincent smiles again. Every donation, no matter how small, can help change his life and ease the burden carried by his grandmother.

Please stand with KumbuClan Foundation as we work to restore Vincent's dignity and give him the care he deserves.

πŸ’œ To Every Person with a Disability (PWD) β™Ώ
Never give up on yourself.
Your disability does not define your worth, your future, or your potential. You are stronger than the challenges you face, and your life has purpose.
There may be days when people doubt you, overlook you, or underestimate your abilities. Don't let their limitations become yours. Keep moving forward, one step at a time.
🌟 You are capable.
🌟 You are valuable.
🌟 You are talented.
🌟 You are enough.
Remember, some of the greatest achievements come from people who refused to let their circumstances determine their destiny.
Hold your head high. Dream big. Work hard. Believe in yourself. The world needs your gifts, your voice, and your story.
πŸ’ͺ Disability is not inability. Your journey may be different, but it is no less meaningful.
With faith, determination, and support, you can achieve more than you ever imagined.
πŸ’œ Keep shining. Keep believing. Keep going.
