Mwea Subcounty youth, led my The MWEMA YOUTH for YOUTH CBO Officials in conjunction with Gikuru Junior Sec. & Primary School, Makima ward, Continue the journey to conserve the environment under the .

On this note, on 2nd September, 2025, they collaborative planted 200 trees seedlings at Gikuru JSS/Primary School grounds.
Led by the Youth Leadership and Community representatives, they continue the endeavours to make Mwea a habitable green land as they Support the Government Initiatives to increase the forest covered mass.

We continue to declare our stand and invite all partners, sponsors, and persons/organisation of goodwill to donate, partner and collaborate to make Mwea Subcounty a beautiful home for all.

MWEMA YOUTH for YOUTH CBO held a successful Students Mentorship at Kanyonga Secondary School, Makima Ward on 29th August, 2025.

We engaged students on Academics excellence, Drugs and Substance Abuse among the youth, Transitional stresses and personal growth issues.

This is in line with the Organisational objectives of empowering youth to be a resourceful generation for the future society.

MWEMA YOUTH for YOUTH Organisation continue to reach more learning students and pupils to mentor and nurture for the world.

Today, 26th August, 2025, as part of continuous tree planting initiative, Youth for Youth Organisation through the partnership of Mt. Kenya Landscape Management Board and Rainforest Alliance, planted over 100 trees at Mbondoni Secondary School.

This being an series of initiatives driven with the aim of conserving the environment and beautifying our community, We remain committed for this initiative to make our Subcounty bearable and beautiful.
In attendance was, The area MCA and the Chairperson, Athletics Kenya -Embu Chapter.
