Esther Jerubo Kibet, a resilient mother from Baringo County, stands as a beacon of transformation under the Food, Livelihoods, and Nutrition (FLN) project by Jumuiya Women Fund.
As a beneficiary of the initiative, Mama Esther has successfully established a thriving kitchen garden using climate-smart agriculture techniques taught through the project. With access to hybrid vegetable seeds, nutritional education, and monthly cash transfers, she has not only improved her family's food security but also become a local champion of sustainable farming practices. Her garden now yields enough to feed her household and share surplus produce with neighbors, proving that empowering women-led households is key to building resilient communities.
