The Goat Is Making a Difference
At just 16 years old, Gabriel Kamau lives with his grandmother in after losing his mother to HIV. He is one of the participants who received a goat through the livelihood project implemented by DAMKA with support from SolidarMed
The project is transforming life at home. The goat is helping improve the family's health, nutrition, and income. According to Gabriel's grandmother, the goat provides manure that increases the yields of vegetables and cereals, while its milk contributes to the family's nutrition.
