Our slogan is "Linda Mazingira, Linda Maisha". Linda Mazingira Initiative (LMI) Kenya is a youth-led environmental community-based organization operating in Busia County. The organization was founded in 2017 and registered in December 2020. LMI Kenya is an environmental organization championing for mainstreaming of environmental stewardship in the national and county government’s socio- economic a

nd conservation agenda. The organization is primarily engaged in tree and bamboo planting activities to increase forest cover, environmental education, community capacity building, Non-Timber Forest Products (NTFPs) and other Nature Based Solutions (NBSs) aimed at helping to tackle environmental issues.
