🌍 Day 2 | 16 Days of Activism 2025
Theme: End Digital Violence Against All Women and Girls
At Green Revolution, we believe that a just and inclusive society begins with ensuring safety, dignity, and equal rights for all, especially women and girls with disabilities in rural communities in Siaya County.
Today, on Day 2 of the 16 Days of Activism, we amplify our call to end all forms of violence, including digital violence, which is increasingly affecting women and girls with disabilities. Online bullying, harassment, discrimination, and exclusion silence voices that must be heard and hinder meaningful participation in community development and environmental action.
As we continue championing inclusion through environmental conservation, we reaffirm our commitment to:
🌱 Creating safe, empowering spaces for women and girls with disabilities
🌱 Promoting digital safety and responsible online behaviour
🌱 Building awareness and strengthening protection for women and girls
🌱 Encouraging communities to speak out against violence and support survivors
A safer world, offline and online, is possible when we take collective action.
Let’s stand together to protect, uplift, and empower every woman and girl in our community.
