SSSD is addressing this through a sport for development model that is promoting attainment of skills that can help one earn a living.This is achieved through; .Sport for basic education .Sport for youth employment .Sport for Agri-technology. Over 20 youths have benefited and over 10 youths now having decent jobs earning over Kshs 7000(in 2019).
